2024 Black History Month Festival

CASA will have an informational booth at the Black History Festival at the Victoria Community Center February 3, 2024 from 8am-4pm. This is an annual celebration of culture, heritage, and resilience, so come out and learn more about CASA and the richness of Black history through art and music.
